Curriculum Information
Long Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant
This program , which includes 57 hours of lecture, 22 hours in the
Health Careers Resource Center and 108 hours clinical training work, will prepare
participants to become a Long Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Prerequisite: American Heart Association CPR BLS Provider
Level C or American Red Cross BLS Prof. CPR Certification, plus a physical examination
within the last three (3) months and malpractice insurance available at the Bursars
Office, Student Services Building. Students must provide current fingerprints cards prior
to the start of class.
